If the renter was generated by ATMB, the fee is $5.50 per month, and if you generated the renter on your own, the fee is $3 per month. From there, we automatically deduct our 5% management fee and subtract your ATMB fees for the digital mailbox services. For example, if your disbursement date is September 15th, the amount collected will be from August. You will notice that all disbursements will be listed under the name BUGO, LLC on your statement, so you can quickly and easily identify us.Įach month, we calculate the total amount of money collected from your renters, based on the previous month's revenue. To support a more efficient and eco-friendly approach, we utilize ACH direct deposit for domestic payments and either Transferwise or Veem for international payments instead of paper checks.
